Sometimes it's easier to find the time and privacy to send an email than it is to have a conversation out loud. Whatever your reason for seeking online support, when you email our support team you can expect a response that conveys the understanding and compassion that only another bereaved parent can provide. Get Email support Live Chat During its hours of operation, our live chat support service enables you to connect with a Sands volunteer parent supporter immediately and in real-time from anywhere in Australia. Our rostered volunteer will chat with you during this session, and if you find you need more time, can connect you to further support options outside of these times.
