Have you experienced a stillbirth in the last 36 months?

Dr Sarah Fogarty, a researcher at Western Sydney University and a massage therapist, along with Professor Phillipa Hay and Associate Professor Jennifer Huberty are conducting the follow research project: Parents, complementary medicine and stillbirth survey. (WSU APPROVAL NUMBER: H13150) 

If you have experienced a stillbirth in the past 36 months you are invited to participate in the online survey, which is designed to learn more about parents' experience with complementary medicine after stillbirth and about parents' desire to use complementary medicine therapies to help cope with grief after stillbirth. 

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes of your time to complete. You can change your mind at any time and stop completing the survey without consequence. The research data gathered from this survey is anonymous so data will only be published in a form that does not identify you.
