Fundraise at work - Host a morning tea, after work drinks or a lunch and speak with your colleagues about your experiences.

In memory - Set-up a page commemorating your baby and ask your family and friends to donate in their memory.  This impact of this can be a good way of remembering your baby on a date that is important to you and your family (e.g. birthday, due date).

Join a Charity Fun Run - There are hundreds of charity fun runs all around the country.  Whether you're doing it for physical fitness, to achieve a goal or to join the excitement of the community event; it is a great way to ask people to support your cause.

Give something up - Chocolate, alcohol, cigarettes or your morning coffee, whatever it is, get your friends and family to support your efforts by donating to Sands.  Not only will you be helping to support bereaved parents, but it will motivate you to achieve your goals.

Go thrill-seeking – If you feel like something a bit more high adrenaline, ask your friends and family to support you while you bungee jump, skydive, hang-glide or any other thrill-seeking activity.  

Whatever you choose, you are making a difference in your own unique way that reflects who you are and how you want to remember your baby.
