Rachel Green, Chair
Based in Sydney, Rachel is the current CEO of Independent Community Living Australia (ICLA) and the former Director of LifeSpan, the Black Dog Institute’s systems approach to suicide prevention.
Rachel is widely recognised for her achievements in large scale project establishment and implementation, sector engagement and mental health leadership. She brings extensive experience in working with people with lived experience as well as working with government at both state and federal levels.
Fozia is an eperienced and respected senior manager with over 12 years ‘Big 4’ experience in assessing and auditing information systems across a range of industries and technical platforms, including Banking, General Insurance, Asset Management and Pensions.
A qualified company secretary and governance professional, Stephen holds a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a Graduate of the AICD> Stephen is an experienced and pragmatic General Counsel with a good mix of top tier law firm, private sector, ASX listed and State and Federal government exposure.
